At HOIST Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our premium strength training equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our standard restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the crate or box and schedule a pickup with the designated freight carrier or shipping provider.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
